An ads MCP server is the piece that lets Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor work inside an ad account instead of only talking about it. In 2026 that went from a developer experiment to something people search for by network: in the US, "meta ads mcp" and "google ads mcp" were each searched about 1,900 times a month in August 2026, and "tiktok ads mcp" about 150 (SISTRIX).
The choice also got harder. Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat each ship a server for their own network, and a handful of independent tools cover several networks at once. They differ in what matters before you hand an assistant a budget: whether it can write, whether a person reviews before anything goes live, and what stops it from raising spend.
We compared nine on the vendors' own pages and documentation on 24 October 2026, linked inline. Where a vendor does not say something, the tables below say "not stated". Disclosure: uplads is our product, and the verdicts reflect that, but the facts about the other eight come from their own pages. If MCP itself is new to you, start with what MCP means for advertisers.
How to choose an ads MCP server
Eight questions separate the servers in this list. They are the columns of the comparison tables further down.
- Networks covered. One server per network means one sign-in, one set of rules and one place to look per network. A cross-network server answers "how did the client do last week?" in one question.
- Read or write. A read-only server reports and recommends. A write server changes campaigns. Both are useful, but they are different products.
- Review before launch. Can a person check the ads before they go live, and where? A draft in a launcher is easier to review than a chat transcript.
- Spend controls. What stops the assistant from switching something on or raising a budget? Look for paused defaults, a ceiling and an explicit yes.
- Sign-in. OAuth with your own login inherits your existing permissions and can be revoked. A pasted API key or token is easier to leak and harder to scope.
- Audit log. Can you see afterwards what the assistant changed, and that it was the assistant?
- Hosting. A remote server is a URL and a sign-in. A self-run server gives you the code, and the job of running it.
- Price. Some are free, some charge per task or credit, some are included in a wider platform.
Official ads MCP servers from Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat
All four networks now run a server of their own. Each covers its own network only.
Meta Ads MCP server
Meta hosts its server at https://mcp.facebook.com/ads and says it works with any MCP-compatible agent (Meta overview). Meta's announcement of 16 July 2026 lists what an agent can do: create, edit and delete campaigns, ad sets and ads, manage custom audiences and catalogs, pull performance with breakdowns by age, gender and platform, read signal diagnostics, search the Business Help Center, and run A/B tests and conversion lift studies (Meta for Developers blog).
- Sign-in: OAuth through Facebook Login for Business, or a user or system user access token. Owning a Meta app is not required, and the get-started guide documents Claude Code and ChatGPT (Meta get started).
- Access: Meta says access to the ad-account tools is being unlocked gradually. An app that manages other businesses' accounts needs app review for Advanced Access to the ads MCP permission.
- Not stated: a price, and whether new campaigns start paused or wait for a person.
Good fit for a developer who works on Meta only and wants the first-party server. For a Meta-only deep dive, see the official Meta Ads MCP server vs. uplads.
Google Ads MCP server
Google's documentation calls the current release "strictly read-only": it cannot change bids, pause campaigns or create assets (Google Ads API docs, last updated 16 October 2026). It has three tools: list the accounts you can access, run GAQL queries, and read resource metadata.
- Hosting: you run it yourself, locally with pipx from the GitHub repository or deployed to Google Cloud Run. A Google-hosted endpoint exists as a pilot for allowlisted participants.
- Sign-in: OAuth 2.0 or a service account. A remote deployment connects to Claude and ChatGPT as a custom connector with OAuth.
- Not stated: a price.
Good fit for an analyst who writes GAQL and only needs to read Google Ads. To act on what it finds, see the official Google Ads MCP server vs. uplads and the uplads Google Ads MCP.
TikTok Ads MCP server
TikTok runs the TikTok for Business MCP Server at https://business-api.tiktok.com/open_mcp/ with two endpoints: one loads around 400 tools at once, the other around 40 core tools and the rest on demand (TikTok help center). TikTok recommends the full endpoint for Claude.
- Read and write: campaign management, performance reporting, audience configuration and creative operations. TikTok's examples include creating a campaign, pausing an ad group, updating targeting and adjusting budgets and bids.
- Sign-in: TikTok says no developer credential, API key management or custom code is required.
- Not stated: a price, and any approval step before changes. TikTok describes workflows that run without a person stepping in at every step.
Good fit for a TikTok-only team that wants the widest TikTok tool set. The uplads TikTok Ads MCP does the same work with drafts and spending rules around it.
Snapchat Ads MCP server
Snap's documentation is the clearest of the four: the server at https://mcp.snapchat.com/ads is read-only, so an agent can read Snapchat Ads data but cannot create, update or delete anything, and write access is planned for a future release (Snap developer docs).
- Sign-in: your Snapchat business login. An Admin or Business Admin approves each agent for the organization, and each member reaches only the accounts their permissions allow.
- Clients: Claude (Claude Code, desktop and web), Codex CLI, ChatGPT, Antigravity and Gemini CLI. Snap does not support other client ids or dynamic registration.
- Not stated: a price.
Good fit for reading Snapchat numbers in a chat. To build and change Snapchat campaigns, see the uplads Snapchat Ads MCP.
Ads MCP servers that cover more than one network
uplads
uplads is a bulk ad launch and management platform, and its MCP server works inside the same workspace your team uses (uplads MCP). One URL, https://uplads.com/api/mcp, covers Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with your uplads account. There is no API key to create or store. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex CLI and Antigravity all connect with the same URL.
- Builds and stages: on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Snapchat the assistant imports creatives from Dropbox or Google Drive links, builds campaigns and ad sets paused, and stages new ads as a launch draft that a person reviews and launches in the uplads Ad Launcher. On Meta the 9:16, 4:5 and 1:1 sizes of one idea become one ad with one asset per placement.
- Manages what runs: status, budgets, bids, names and copies on every network, plus targeting, texts and creatives on Meta, keywords and ad texts on Google, and captions and links on TikTok. On LinkedIn it manages campaigns, ad groups and ads (status, budgets, bids, names, copies, archiving, performance); new LinkedIn ads are launched by a person in the uplads launcher, not staged by the assistant.
- Spending rules: pausing and lowering work any time. Switching on, raising a budget, loosening a bid or launching on its own needs the workspace's Autonomous launching switch, which is off by default, a daily ceiling across all networks, and your yes in the chat.
- Records and limits: every change lands in the audit log marked as coming from MCP. The assistant removes only what an assistant created; your own campaigns it only pauses. It runs through an app that passed Meta's app review, on the official Marketing API.
- Price: included in every plan, labelled beta. Starter is 69 EUR a month for Meta, Growth (199 EUR) and Agency (499 EUR) add TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn, all net of VAT, with a 7-day free trial without a card (pricing).
What it does not cover: Amazon Ads and ChatGPT Ads. Each network has its own page: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
Pipeboard
Pipeboard's Meta Ads MCP is source-available under the Business Source License 1.1, which converts to Apache 2.0 on 1 January 2029, and runs as a hosted service at https://meta-ads.mcp.pipeboard.co/ (GitHub). A local install needs your own Meta developer app. Its homepage lists Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads (pipeboard.co).
- Read and write: creates campaigns, ad sets and ads, uploads creatives and updates budgets. The create tools default to paused, and the README promises explicit confirmation on every write. Read-only tokens are available for reporting.
- Sign-in: OAuth login to Pipeboard, or a Pipeboard token. Clients include Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, n8n and Codex.
- Price: a free plan with 30 tool executions a week and 2 ad accounts, then Pro at $29.90, Premium at $99 and Agency at $199 a month (Pipeboard pricing).
- Badge: the README describes Pipeboard as a badged Meta Business Partner.
Good fit for developers who want the code or a free start on Meta.
Adspirer
Adspirer covers six platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads and ChatGPT Ads (adspirer.com). The server runs at https://mcp.adspirer.com/mcp and signs in with OAuth (Adspirer docs).
- Read and write: builds campaigns, and its homepage says new campaigns stay paused under a hard spend cap while high-impact changes wait for your approval.
- Clients: ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Perplexity and Manus, among others.
- Price: free for 15 tasks a month, then Plus at $40, Pro at $83 and Max at $167 a month billed annually, priced by tasks rather than ad spend (Adspirer pricing).
Good fit if you buy Amazon Ads or ChatGPT Ads, which uplads does not cover.
GoMarble
GoMarble's hosted MCP runs at https://apps.gomarble.ai/mcp-api/mcp and signs in with OAuth or an API key (GoMarble MCP). The MCP page names Meta and Google Ads among 80+ integrations, and the homepage lists TikTok, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo among the sources it analyzes (gomarble.ai).
- Read and write by plan: Copilot ($139 a month) is read-only. Operator ($399 a month) adds write actions behind approval gates and an audit trail, and Scale ($799) adds approval policies (GoMarble pricing). MCP is included in every plan, and tool calls use credits.
- Self-run option: a separate MIT-licensed Facebook Ads MCP server on GitHub runs locally with a Meta user access token and offers read tools (GitHub).
Good fit for analysis that mixes ad data with store and email data.
Markifact
Markifact's server runs at https://api.markifact.com/mcp with OAuth and no API keys to manage (Markifact MCP). It lists 14 ad platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Ads and Snapchat, with further pages for LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest, Reddit and Amazon Ads, next to GA4, BigQuery and Google Sheets.
- Read and write: Markifact says it is not read-only, and that you approve actions before anything goes live.
- Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Cursor, Codex and Manus.
- Price: Pro at $79 a month and Team at $249 a month, on credits, with trial credits and no card (markifact.com).
Good fit for reporting across many networks into Google Workspace.
Is there a LinkedIn Ads MCP server?
Not from LinkedIn itself, as far as we can see: its Marketing API documentation showed no MCP server when we checked on 24 October 2026. That makes "linkedin ads mcp" a question for third-party servers.
uplads manages running LinkedIn campaigns, ad groups and ads through the same connection as the other four networks: status, budgets, bids, names, copies, archiving and performance, under the same spending rules. New LinkedIn ads are launched by a person in the uplads launcher. Adspirer and Markifact also list LinkedIn Ads, and Pipeboard's pricing counts LinkedIn among its ad account slots.

Which ads MCP server should you use?
Start from the work you want the assistant to do, then pick the narrowest server that does it safely.
- You run ads on two or more networks, or for clients: uplads. One sign-in for five networks, launches you review in the launcher your team already uses, one audit log and one set of spending rules for all of them.
- You launch creatives in bulk on Meta: uplads. The assistant imports the folder, groups the sizes by placement and stages the launch, which is the slow part of a Meta week.
- You only read Google Ads data and write GAQL: Google's own server. It is read-only by design, which is fine for reporting.
- You only want Snapchat numbers in a chat: Snap's own server, read-only for now.
- You are a developer building an agent for Meta only: Meta's own server, with your own review layer on top.
- You run TikTok only and want every TikTok function: TikTok's own server.
- You want to self-host or start on a free tier: Pipeboard.
- You buy Amazon Ads or ChatGPT Ads: Adspirer.
- Your questions are more about Shopify, Klaviyo or GA4 than about launching: GoMarble or Markifact.
The two kinds also combine. A network's own server and uplads can run side by side in the same assistant, so you can keep Google's read-only server for GAQL and let uplads do the changes.
How to connect an ads MCP server to Claude or ChatGPT
Most servers in this list are remote, so connecting is the same three steps everywhere: paste the server URL, sign in, and allow the tools.
Connect uplads to Claude in under a minute
- 1
Open Claude's connector settings
In Claude (desktop or claude.ai) go to Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
- 2
Paste the URL
Name it uplads and paste https://uplads.com/api/mcp.
- 3
Sign in
Click Connect and sign in with your uplads account. There is no API key to copy.
ChatGPT works the same way through its connector settings, and Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex CLI and Antigravity take the URL in their MCP configuration. The exceptions in this list: Google's server runs on your machine or your own Cloud Run unless you are in its hosted pilot, and Snapchat accepts only the clients it names.
One ads MCP for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn
Connect Claude or ChatGPT once. Your assistant imports the creatives, builds paused campaigns and stages launches for your review on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat, and manages what runs on all five networks. Included in every plan, 7-day free trial without a card.
