This page compares uplads and Kitchn.io (kitchn.io) as of 30 October 2026. Kitchn's facts come from its own pricing, platform, solution and integration pages; where a detail is not published, we leave it out instead of guessing. The feature matrix is factual. The verdict is our opinion, and we build one of the two products, so check anything that matters to you in both free trials. A naming note for anyone searching: the company writes its brand as Kitchn.io, which also keeps it apart from the recipe site with a similar name.

What each tool is, in one paragraph

uplads is a bulk ad launch platform built inside an Austrian performance marketing agency. You load creatives from your computer, the media library, Google Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io or existing posts, pick the ad sets (ad groups, asset groups or ad squads) or create new campaigns in the same screen, write or generate the copy per platform, and launch. A background worker creates the ads 50 at a time, so one rejected ad never stops the batch, and a single launch takes up to 500 creatives. The same upload goes to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn.

After the launch come an Ads Manager per network, automated rules on all five, an AI Optimizer, creative analytics on Meta and an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT. Pricing in EUR from 69€ a month.

Kitchn.io is a Berlin company (Kitchn Venture GmbH, with a second entity in Palma) founded by Martin Kreienbaum, Simon Kreienbaum and Stefan Maier and backed by Techstars and Venista Ventures. Its homepage headline is "Ad Automation for Paid Social Teams". Every launch is built in a Launch Sheet, a spreadsheet-style grid where each row is an ad. Assets are matched to placements on import, a QA engine checks spelling, client wording, asset specs and Meta settings before anything goes out, and reviewers preview, comment on and approve ads in the same flow. Kitchn says 2,100+ ad accounts launch through it and reports more than $200M in ad spend. Pricing in EUR from €499 a month.

Kitchn's pricing page lists three plans in euros, with dollar and pound prices behind a currency switch ($529 and $2,349 for the two Launch plans). Launch Team costs €499 per month for five ad accounts, 900 ad uploads a month, all ad formats, imports from Google Drive, Dropbox and Frame.io, and reusable ad templates. Each extra ad account costs €99 a month and brings 100 more uploads; extra uploads cost €29 per 100.

Launch Elite costs €1,999 a month for 15 ad accounts with unlimited uploads, custom ad naming, automated folder scanning and asset import, fully automated ad launches, personal onboarding and a shared Slack channel. Enterprise starts at €50,000 a year and adds API access, DAM integrations such as Frontify and Iconik, uploads from CSV or Google Sheets, and rule-based campaign changes. Every Kitchn plan includes unlimited seats. A fourth tab called Agency Suite shows no plans or prices yet.

uplads lists Starter at 69€ per month for two ad accounts on Meta, Growth at 199€ for five ad accounts, five team members and all five networks with rules, scheduled launches and the AI Optimizer, and Agency at 499€ for 15 ad accounts and 15 team members. Every plan has unlimited launches and unlimited ads per launch. Extra ad accounts cost 39€ a month, and yearly billing gives two months free (4,990€ a year for Agency). Prices are net. The full breakdown is on the uplads pricing page.

What that means for an agency:

  • Five client accounts: 199€ on uplads Growth, €499 on Kitchn Launch Team. Kitchn's plan includes 900 uploads a month; uplads does not count uploads.
  • Ten client accounts: uplads Growth plus five extra accounts comes to 394€. Kitchn Launch Team plus five extra accounts comes to €994, with 500 more uploads.
  • Fifteen client accounts: 499€ on uplads Agency, €1,999 on Kitchn Launch Elite. Over a year that is 4,990€ on yearly billing against €23,988 at Kitchn's monthly list price.
  • A team of 25 people on those accounts: here Kitchn's unlimited seats count. uplads Agency includes 15 team members and does not sell single seats, so a larger team needs the individually priced Enterprise tier.

The launch rows are close: both tools grew out of the same agency pain and solve it in a similar way. The rows about networks, rules and price are where the two products part ways, and the rows about review, copy checks and seats are where Kitchn pulls ahead.

Where uplads wins

Price per client account. An agency's tooling bill grows with its client list, so the price per ad account is the number to watch. When we evaluated existing tools on the market, the price per ad account varied more than any feature did: Launch Elite works out to about €133 per account a month, uplads Agency to about 33€. At five accounts uplads is 300€ a month cheaper; at fifteen it is 1,500€ a month cheaper, about 19,000€ a year once uplads' yearly discount is counted. For an agency with up to 15 people on 15 accounts, uplads Agency costs a quarter of Launch Elite.

Google Ads past Demand Gen. Kitchn launches Google Demand Gen. uplads launches Performance Max asset groups, Demand Gen image and video ads, YouTube video ads and App campaigns, and gives Google its own Ads Manager for editing and duplicating asset groups. Google's asset automations, such as text customization and final URL expansion, stay off unless you pick them, and a Google launch can pull in the creatives of up to 20 Meta ads. The multi-platform page shows how each network is handled. For an agency whose clients spend on Performance Max, this is the difference between one launcher and two.

LinkedIn as a live network. Kitchn lists LinkedIn in beta. In uplads, LinkedIn opened to every customer on 20 October 2026: single image, video and carousel Sponsored Content through the company Page, existing Page posts, Lead Gen Forms, new campaigns and ad groups, AI intro text and headlines, naming templates and a LinkedIn Ads Manager, on Growth and Agency. B2B clients no longer need a separate workflow.

Rules on all five networks. Since 26 October 2026, uplads rules run on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn. Each network uses the numbers its own Ads Manager reports, and budget actions go where the network keeps the budget: campaign budgets on Google, ad group budgets on LinkedIn. A rule can pause, reactivate, raise or lower a budget inside a floor and ceiling you set, or simply alert you by email, Slack or ClickUp. Rules run as often as every 30 minutes or once a day at an hour you pick, and every run is logged with the numbers it saw.

Kitchn's automation builder is strong on alerts, reports and Sheets workflows, and the company says plainly that it is "not an autonomous campaign optimiser"; rule-based campaign changes appear on its pricing page under Enterprise.

An Optimizer that proposes. The uplads AI Optimizer works through a Meta account in six passes (spend efficiency, creative fatigue, budget allocation, funnel leaks, tracking health and what deserves to scale) and returns a ranked list of findings, each with the numbers behind it. Apply one in a click, apply a whole category, undo what you applied. Through the MCP connector, audits also run on TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn. Nothing changes until a person says yes. Kitchn lists no comparable audit.

No upload meter. Launch Team includes 900 ad uploads a month. If every new ad counts as an upload, five clients with 50 new ads each per week come to roughly 1,075 a month, over the cap before the month ends. uplads counts ad accounts and storage, not ads: every plan has unlimited launches and unlimited ads per launch, up to 500 creatives in a single batch.

Run a real client launch through uplads

The 7-day trial runs on Growth limits without a credit card: launch one batch to Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, set up a rule, and put the result next to the week you have now.

Where Kitchn.io wins, honestly

Unlimited seats. Every Kitchn plan includes unlimited seats. Freelancers, client contacts, designers and juniors all get a login without anyone counting. uplads caps seats at five on Growth and 15 on Agency.

The Launch Sheet and its QA engine. Kitchn's quality control checks each row for spelling, a client's wording rules (US or British spelling, approved phrases, brand voice), asset specs per placement, missing calls to action, naming conventions and Meta settings, and keeps the launch blocked until everything is clean. For an agency that has shipped a typo in a client's headline once too often, this is a real reason to choose Kitchn. uplads previews every ad per placement and applies naming templates, but it has no copy checker that flags off-brand wording row by row.

Client review built in. Kitchn lets designers, strategists and clients preview the real ad, comment on the creative and approve it, with configurable approval chains from buyer to reviewer to client and a client portal where a client can approve, comment or block. Kitchn's own comparison with Adnova notes that the approval status is not a hard gate; the QA checks are what block a launch. uplads has no client-facing review yet; approval happens inside the team.

More networks at the edges. Pinterest is live on Kitchn, Spotify and AppLovin are in beta, and X connects for data. uplads does not launch to any of them.

Enterprise plumbing and a longer trial. Kitchn's Enterprise plan adds API access, DAM integrations and uploads from CSV or Google Sheets, and its creative reporting covers Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Pinterest, while uplads creative analytics are Meta only. The 14-day trial is twice as long as uplads' seven days.

Two MCP connectors, two ideas of control

Both companies now let Claude or ChatGPT work inside the account through an MCP connector, and both call it beta. The difference is how far the assistant may go and who sets the limit.

Kitchn's Claude integration is switched on per organization. The assistant fills a Launch Sheet from a brief and creatives, with drafts named by your template, launches only when asked and always paused, pulls report rows, and explains, pauses, activates, duplicates or creates rules, with a new rule starting paused. One request undoes a batch it added. It cannot edit live ads, change sheet settings, delete sheets or connect ad accounts.

The uplads MCP connector is included on every plan and needs only an active plan. An assistant imports creatives from Dropbox or Drive links, reads the Brand Context before writing copy, builds campaigns and ad sets paused, and stages launch drafts on all five networks for a person to launch in uplads. It also manages what already runs: status, budgets, ad copy, duplicates, rules and Optimize audits.

Pausing and lowering a budget need no permission. Switching something on or raising spend needs the workspace's Autonomous launching switch, a daily budget ceiling that counts every call on every network, and an explicit yes in the chat. Every action lands in the audit log, marked as coming from MCP.

Which one fits your agency

Kitchn.io fits an agency that thinks in rows and columns, where clients sign off on every ad in a portal, copy mistakes are the main risk, Pinterest is a real budget line, more than 15 people need a login, and €1,999 a month for 15 accounts is an easy number. In that profile Kitchn's QA and approval workflow is worth its price.

uplads fits an agency where the price per client account matters, where clients spend on Performance Max, YouTube, App campaigns or LinkedIn, where the week after a launch needs rules that pause and scale on every network, and where an AI assistant should prepare launches under a spending ceiling. That covers most agencies with five to 15 client accounts. A team that already uses a naming convention generator to keep client accounts clean will find the same template idea built into every uplads launch.

If you are still shortlisting, the Kitchn.io alternatives page puts both next to AdManage, Adnova, Blip, Bïrch and Smartly.

What uplads does not do, said plainly

uplads does not launch to Pinterest, Spotify, AppLovin or X. It has no client portal, no approval chain and no copy checker for typos or a client's wording; review happens inside your team, with previews per placement. Seats are capped at one on Starter, five on Growth and 15 on Agency. Scheduled launches, multi-placement grouping, creative analytics and the Optimize tab in the app are Meta only, while rules run on all five networks. Starter is Meta only, and there is no public API; the MCP connector is the route for assistants and scripts.

Verdict

The verdict

Pick uplads for most paid-social agencies. Pick Kitchn.io if a spreadsheet QA workflow with client approvals, unlimited seats or Pinterest decides the deal.

Both launch hundreds of ads cleanly. uplads does it for a quarter of the price at 15 accounts, adds Google Ads beyond Demand Gen, LinkedIn as a live network, rules on all five networks and an MCP connector on every plan.

Kitchn.io has built a careful tool for agencies that want every row checked and every client sign-off recorded, and its unlimited seats are generous. uplads does the same launch job for 499€ instead of €1,999 at 15 accounts, sends the batch to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn from one upload, keeps watching the accounts with rules after the launch, and lets Claude or ChatGPT prepare the next launch while a person keeps the final click. For an agency that sells performance more than process, uplads is the stronger choice.

Frequently asked questions

What is the main difference between uplads and Kitchn.io?

Both are bulk ad launchers for paid-social agencies: load many creatives, apply naming, copy and link settings, and push hundreds of ads into client accounts at once. Kitchn.io builds every launch in a spreadsheet-style Launch Sheet with a QA engine, previews and approval chains, and includes unlimited seats. uplads launches to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube video and App), Snapchat and LinkedIn from one upload, runs automated rules on all five networks, adds an AI Optimizer and includes its MCP connector on every plan. For 15 ad accounts uplads costs 499 EUR a month against Kitchn's 1,999 EUR.

How does Kitchn.io pricing compare to uplads pricing?

Kitchn's pricing page (checked 30 October 2026) lists Launch Team at €499 per month for five ad accounts and 900 ad uploads a month, Launch Elite at €1,999 for 15 ad accounts and unlimited uploads, and Enterprise from €50,000 a year, all with unlimited seats. Extra ad accounts on Launch Team cost €99 a month each. uplads lists Growth at 199 EUR for five ad accounts and Agency at 499 EUR for 15, with unlimited launches, extra accounts at 39 EUR and two months free on yearly billing. uplads seats are capped: five on Growth, 15 on Agency.

Which networks does Kitchn.io support compared with uplads?

Kitchn lists Meta, TikTok, Google Ads Demand Gen, Pinterest and Snapchat as live, LinkedIn, Spotify and AppLovin in beta, and X as connect-only without launching. uplads launches to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn, all live for every customer on the Growth and Agency plans. On Google, uplads covers Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube video and App campaigns. Pinterest, Spotify and AppLovin are on Kitchn's side only.

Do both tools have automated rules?

uplads runs automated rules on all five of its networks since 26 October 2026: conditions on the numbers each network reports, actions that pause, reactivate, raise or lower budgets inside a floor and ceiling, or alert by email, Slack or ClickUp, as often as every 30 minutes, on Growth and Agency. Kitchn offers a node-based automation builder for alerts, reports and Google Sheets workflows, lists rule-based campaign changes on its Enterprise plan, and calls itself 'not an autonomous campaign optimiser'.

Do uplads and Kitchn.io both work with Claude and ChatGPT?

Yes. Both have an MCP connector and both label it beta. Kitchn's is switched on per organization: it fills launch sheets from a brief, launches only on request and paused, pulls reports and pauses, duplicates or creates rules, but cannot edit live ads. uplads includes its connector on every plan: an assistant builds campaigns paused, stages launch drafts on all five networks, manages running campaigns and rules, and can only switch on or raise spend under a workspace switch with a daily budget ceiling and an explicit yes in the chat.

Is there a free trial for uplads and Kitchn.io?

Both offer one without a credit card. Kitchn's pricing page shows a 14-day free trial on its Launch plans and also mentions a guided trial. uplads gives seven days on Growth limits, so TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn, rules and the AI Optimizer can be tested before the first payment, and an account that has not launched anything in that week can get one extra week.
