Kitchn.io Alternatives: 6 Ad Launchers for Agencies (2026)

If you are reading this, Kitchn.io probably works. Its Launch Sheet catches typos before a client sees them, its approval chains record who signed off, and every plan includes unlimited seats. The question is whether its prices, its network list and its automation fit the agency you run in 2026. This page compares six Kitchn.io alternatives that agencies actually shortlist, with prices and features checked on each vendor's own site on 30 October 2026, and an honest note on where each one falls short of Kitchn.

Why agencies look for a Kitchn.io alternative

Kitchn.io (Kitchn Venture GmbH, Berlin) builds every launch in a Launch Sheet with one row per ad. A QA engine checks spelling, a client's approved wording, asset specs and Meta settings, reviewers comment and approve in the same flow, and launches go to Meta, TikTok, Google Demand Gen, Pinterest and Snapchat, with LinkedIn, Spotify and AppLovin in beta. Kitchn says 2,100+ ad accounts launch through it. The reasons agencies look past it are rarely about quality:

  1. Price per ad account. Kitchn's pricing page lists Launch Team at €499 a month for five ad accounts and 900 ad uploads (extra accounts €99 each, extra uploads €29 per 100), Launch Elite at €1,999 for 15 accounts with unlimited uploads, and Enterprise from €50,000 a year. That is about €133 per account a month on Elite.
  2. Network depth. Google Ads is limited to Demand Gen, so Performance Max, YouTube and App campaigns need a second tool. LinkedIn is still in beta.
  3. Automation after the launch. Kitchn's automation builder handles alerts, reports and Google Sheets workflows, and the company describes itself as "not an autonomous campaign optimiser". Rule-based campaign changes appear on the pricing page only under Enterprise.

We picked alternatives that launch ads in bulk into the same networks, publish their prices or their model openly (except the enterprise option), offer a trial or a guarantee, and shipped something new in 2026. Pure AI creative generators and ad-spy libraries are left out: they make or find creatives but do not launch them into ad sets.

1. uplads - best Kitchn.io alternative for agencies on five networks

Networks: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube video and App campaigns), Snapchat and LinkedIn, all live for every customer. Pricing: Starter 69€ a month (2 ad accounts, 1 seat, Meta only), Growth 199€ (5 ad accounts, 5 team members, all five networks, rules, AI Optimizer), Agency 499€ (15 ad accounts, 15 team members); extra ad accounts 39€, yearly billing two months free. Unlimited launches on every plan. 7-day trial on Growth limits, no card. Best for: agencies with five to 15 client accounts that want Kitchn's launch speed at a quarter of the price, on more networks, with automation after the launch.

uplads was built inside an Austrian performance marketing agency where every Monday starts with dozens of new ad variants per client. The loop is short: load creatives from your computer, the media library, Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io, pick ad sets or create new campaigns in the same screen, apply a naming template, write or generate copy per platform, and launch. A background worker creates the ads in batches of 50, so one rejected ad never stops the rest, and one launch takes up to 500 creatives. Table Mode turns the batch into rows for bulk edits, much like a sheet. The multi-platform page shows how each network is handled.

What sets it apart from Kitchn is what comes before and after the launch screen. On Google, uplads launches Performance Max asset groups, YouTube video ads and App campaigns next to Demand Gen. LinkedIn is a live network with Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms and its own Ads Manager. Automated rules run on all five networks, pausing, scaling or alerting as often as every 30 minutes inside a budget floor and ceiling.

The AI Optimizer audits a Meta account and proposes changes that wait for a person's yes. And the MCP connector on every plan lets Claude or ChatGPT build campaigns paused and stage launch drafts, while switching on or raising spend needs a workspace switch, a daily budget ceiling and an explicit yes.

uplads

Pros

  • 199€ for five ad accounts, 499€ for 15, extra accounts 39€
  • Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat and LinkedIn, all live, from one upload
  • Google Ads with Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube video and App campaigns
  • Automated rules on all five networks, budget floor and ceiling, alerts by email, Slack or ClickUp
  • AI Optimizer that proposes and waits for approval
  • MCP connector on every plan, with paused-by-default building and a daily budget ceiling
  • Unlimited launches, no upload quota
  • Naming templates, multi-placement grouping on Meta, per-ad failure isolation

Cons

  • Seats capped at 1, 5 and 15 by plan
  • No Pinterest, Spotify or AppLovin
  • No client portal, approval chain or row-by-row copy checker
  • Scheduled launches, creative analytics and the in-app Optimize tab are Meta only

The honest fit: if your agency needs Kitchn's launch speed but not its client portal, uplads is the closest replacement and the cheapest one that covers Google Ads beyond Demand Gen and LinkedIn. If client sign-off inside the tool is non-negotiable, it is not there yet. The full head-to-head is in uplads vs Kitchn.io.

2. AdManage.ai - best for the widest channel list

Networks: 15 ad channels: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, AppLovin, Taboola, ChatGPT Ads, Mintegral, Moloco, Unity Ads and Apple Ads. Pricing: Essential £199.99 a month (1 ad account on any channel, 2 team members), In-house £499.99 (5 ad accounts, unlimited team members), Agency £999.99 (10 ad accounts), Enterprise custom with unlimited accounts. Extra ad accounts £99.99 a month on Essential. No free trial: a 7-day money-back guarantee on Essential and 30 days on the other plans (admanage.ai/pricing). Best for: agencies whose clients spend on channels Kitchn and most launchers do not reach, such as Reddit, X, Taboola or the app networks.

AdManage, from London, is the broadest launcher in this list. Its homepage headline reads "AI ad management & bulk launching for Meta, TikTok & Google", and the site lists table launches, Sheets and CSV import, post ID and partnership ads, cloud imports from Frame.io, Dropbox and more, automated rules (one on Essential, ten on In-house, unlimited above), a comments inbox and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor across its 15 channels.

Against Kitchn, AdManage trades the QA and approval focus for breadth. At ten accounts it costs £999.99 against Kitchn's Elite at €1,999 for 15, so the per-account price is lower but still well above uplads. For a team on one non-Meta channel, Essential at £199.99 for one account on any channel is a real option. Pricing is in GBP, which adds a currency layer for teams in the euro zone.

3. Adnova - best low-cost launcher for Meta and TikTok

Networks: Meta, TikTok and AppLovin are active; Adnova's own comparison with Kitchn lists Snapchat and YouTube as coming next. No Google Ads or LinkedIn. Pricing: the Ad Launcher costs $99 a month ($79 billed annually) for one ad account, plus a flat $20 per extra account: about $179 for five accounts and $379 for 15 on monthly billing. Unlimited ad launches and 20 GB storage. 7-day free trial, no card (adnova.ai/pricing). The research and creative analytics suite is sold separately from $150 a month. Best for: agencies whose clients live on Meta and TikTok and who want the lowest price per account.

Adnova started as an AI creative suite (inspiration library, competitor tracking, creative analytics, asset review) and sells its bulk Ad Launcher as a separate product. The launcher handles static, video, carousel and flexible ads, multi-placement auto-grouping, partnership and whitelisted ads, and imports from Google Drive and Dropbox. The pricing page says it is trusted by 5,000+ brands and agencies.

Against Kitchn, Adnova is the budget pick. At 15 accounts it costs a fifth of Launch Elite on raw price, and less than uplads Agency too. What it does not have: automated rules, a public API or MCP connector we could find, Google Ads, Snapchat or LinkedIn launching, or a QA and approval workflow like Kitchn's. A note for German readers: Adnova (adnova.ai) is unrelated to the Hamburg-area reporting tool ad-nova.de.

4. Blip - best for unlimited seats and client previews on Meta

Networks: Meta first, with a TikTok launcher on its homepage. No Google Ads, Snapchat or LinkedIn. Pricing: Starter $49 a month (1 ad account), Light $199 (up to 5), Pro $370 (unlimited ad accounts), each with unlimited ad launches and team seats. 7-day free trial, no card (withblip.com). Best for: Meta-heavy agencies that like Kitchn's unlimited seats and client previews but not its price.

Blip calls itself "the simplest Bulk Ad Launcher" and pairs it with analytics whose media buying recommendations you apply in one click. Of all the tools here, it comes closest to Kitchn's collaboration model: clients open a preview link, comment without signing up, and previews export as PDF. Blip also offers an MCP connector, so Claude and ChatGPT can launch ads, check analytics and apply its budget recommendations.

Against Kitchn, Blip is far cheaper and keeps the two things Kitchn users tend to love: unlimited seats and client previews. The trade is breadth and automation. There is no Google Ads, Snapchat or LinkedIn, no automated rules engine on the homepage, and no QA engine that checks copy against a client's wording. For a large Meta-only agency, the flat $370 for unlimited accounts is hard to beat.

5. Bïrch (formerly Revealbot) - best for rules, with ads built from Sheets

Networks: Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat. Pricing: by monthly ad spend across all connected ad accounts. Essential $49 a month and Pro $99 a month up to $10K of monthly spend, rising with spend above that; Pro adds automated rules, Launcher, Explorer, Stage, audience tools and integrations with Slack, Google Sheets, AppsFlyer and Hyros. 14-day free trial, no card (bir.ch/pricing). Best for: teams whose real need is rules that pause and scale across networks, and who like building ads from a spreadsheet.

Bïrch, the brand Revealbot became in October 2024, is a rules engine first: nested conditions, custom metrics and 20+ actions, checked every 15 minutes, per its homepage. Its Stage tool is the part a Kitchn user will recognise: it creates ads from Google Drive media and Google Sheets by duplicating your setups, on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, groups media by placement, and has a free plan. Bïrch also has an MCP server that reads rules and logs and manages existing rules, but it cannot create rules or edit budgets.

Against Kitchn, Bïrch covers the automation gap: rules come with Pro, not an Enterprise contract. It does not offer Kitchn's QA engine or client approvals, and its spend-based pricing grows with your clients' budgets rather than your account count. For an agency with modest total spend across many accounts, that can be cheap; for one with large budgets, it climbs.

6. Smartly.io - best for enterprise teams with a contract budget

Networks: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, Amazon, LinkedIn, Reddit, Spotify, Roku, connected TV and open-web DSPs, per smartly.io/platforms. Pricing: no public price; demo and sales conversation. Best for: large brands and enterprise agencies producing creative and media at scale across many channels.

Smartly is the enterprise option. It combines template-driven creative production, cross-channel launching, media buying tools and an intelligence layer with reporting and incrementality. In June 2026 it announced Smartly Synapse, a set of AI agents: a Campaign Assembly Agent turns a brief into campaigns, ad sets and ads, QA agents check the setup, and optimization agents adjust budgets across channels "with or without human input", with built-in approvals that decide when agents may act.

Against Kitchn, Smartly is bigger in every direction, including price and onboarding. It suits teams that would otherwise look at Kitchn Enterprise at €50,000 a year and want creative production and AI agents in the same contract. For an agency of five to 30 people, it is usually more platform than the work needs.

The columns show different centers of gravity. uplads is the launcher with the most automation after the launch at the lowest price per account on five networks. Kitchn.io is the QA and approval workflow. AdManage is the widest channel list. Adnova is the cheapest Meta and TikTok launcher. Blip is Meta-first with unlimited seats and client previews. Bïrch is the rules engine. Smartly is the enterprise platform with AI agents.

Run your next client launch through uplads

The 7-day trial runs on Growth limits without a credit card. Launch one batch to Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, set up a rule, and compare the week with the one you have on Kitchn.io.

Which alternative fits your agency

If your Monday is "launch 50 to 200 new ads across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and LinkedIn, then keep an eye on them": uplads. It replaces Kitchn's launch job for a quarter of the price at 15 accounts and adds rules on all five networks. Teams that care about clean names can try the free naming convention generator first; the same template idea runs inside every uplads launch. Plans are on the pricing page.

If your Monday includes Reddit, X, Taboola or app networks: AdManage. Nothing else here covers 15 channels.

If your Monday is Meta and TikTok on a tight budget: Adnova. The lowest price per account, without rules or a connector.

If your Monday is Meta-heavy, with many people and clients who want to see ads first: Blip. Unlimited seats and preview links at a fraction of Kitchn's price.

If your Monday is mostly rules across networks: Bïrch. Rules come with the $99 Pro plan, and Stage builds ads from Sheets.

If your Monday is an enterprise media plan across a dozen channels: Smartly, with a contract and AI agents.

If your Monday depends on copy checks and a client sign-off chain: stay on Kitchn.io. None of the alternatives matches its QA engine and approval chains as a whole.

Verdict

The verdict

Pick uplads as the Kitchn.io alternative for most paid-social agencies. Pick AdManage for the widest channel list, Adnova for the lowest price on Meta and TikTok, Blip for unlimited seats and client previews on Meta, Bïrch for rules, and Smartly for an enterprise contract.

Kitchn.io is strong on QA and approvals. The alternatives win on price per account, network depth or automation, and uplads is the one that wins on all three at once.

Most agencies that look past Kitchn.io do it for the price per ad account, for Google Ads beyond Demand Gen, or for automation that does not wait for an Enterprise contract. uplads answers all three: 499€ a month for 15 accounts, Performance Max, YouTube, App and LinkedIn next to Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, rules on all five networks, and an MCP connector on every plan. If your agency's edge is a documented client sign-off on every ad, Kitchn.io is still the tool built for that. Run a real launch through the free trial and decide from your own week.

Frequently asked questions

Why do agencies look for a Kitchn.io alternative?

Three reasons come up most. Price per ad account: Kitchn's Launch Team costs €499 a month for five ad accounts and 900 ad uploads, and Launch Elite €1,999 for 15 accounts, per kitchn.io/pricing on 30 October 2026. Network depth: Google Ads is limited to Demand Gen and LinkedIn is still in beta. Automation after the launch: rule-based campaign changes are listed only on the Enterprise plan from €50,000 a year. Teams that value Kitchn's spreadsheet QA and client approvals often stay; teams that need more networks or a lower price per account look around.

What is the best Kitchn.io alternative for agencies?

For most agencies, uplads. It sells to the same buyer and does the same launch job: load creatives from Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io, apply naming and copy templates, launch hundreds of ads into client accounts. It costs 199 EUR a month for five ad accounts and 499 EUR for 15, launches to Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube video and App), Snapchat and LinkedIn, runs automated rules on all five networks and includes an MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT on every plan. Kitchn stays ahead on unlimited seats, Pinterest and its client approval workflow.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Kitchn.io?

Yes, several. uplads Growth is 199 EUR a month for five ad accounts against Kitchn's €499, and uplads Agency 499 EUR for 15 against €1,999. Adnova's Ad Launcher is $99 a month for one account plus $20 per extra account, about $379 for 15, on Meta, TikTok and AppLovin. Blip costs $49 for one account, $199 for five and $370 for unlimited accounts, mostly Meta. Bïrch prices by ad spend from $49 a month. The cheapest options cover fewer networks and little automation.

Which Kitchn.io alternative includes unlimited seats?

Blip is the closest match: its homepage lists unlimited ad launches and team seats on every plan, from $49 a month. AdManage includes two team members on its £199.99 Essential plan and unlimited team members from its In-house plan at £499.99. uplads caps seats at one on Starter, five on Growth and 15 on Agency, which suits most agencies with up to 15 people but not a 30-person team that wants every freelancer and client contact inside the tool.

Which alternative has a client approval workflow like Kitchn.io?

Blip comes closest: clients open a preview link, leave comments without creating an account, and previews export as PDF. Smartly's Synapse agents come with built-in approvals, but those govern what its AI agents may do, not client sign-off. uplads previews every ad per placement before launch, but approval happens inside the team; there is no client portal yet. If a formal buyer to reviewer to client chain is the reason you chose Kitchn, weigh that before switching.

Do Kitchn.io alternatives work with Claude and ChatGPT?

Several do. uplads includes an MCP connector on every plan that builds campaigns paused, stages launch drafts on five networks and changes spend only under a workspace switch and a daily ceiling. AdManage offers an MCP server across its 15 channels. Blip's MCP launches ads, reads analytics and applies budget recommendations from Claude and ChatGPT. Bïrch's MCP reads and manages existing rules but cannot create rules or edit budgets. Kitchn's own connector is in beta. No public MCP was found for Adnova or Smartly.
