B2B creative testing has a particular kind of friction. The audience work is precise and the budgets are deliberate, so the temptation is to run few ads - and then you learn slowly. Campaign Manager builds one ad at a time inside one ad group, which is exactly the step that makes running ten variants across four audiences feel like an afternoon's work rather than a launch.

uplads removes that step. You drop your creatives in the browser, pick the ad groups the launch should hit, pick a naming template, and one launch fans every creative into every selected ad group whose format it fits: images into image ad groups, videos into video ad groups, carousels into carousel ad groups. Your campaigns, budgets, bids and targeting stay where you set them - uplads creates ads inside the structure you already built, or a new campaign or ad group when you ask for one, and never changes a budget or bid on its own. LinkedIn went live for every customer on 20 October 2026 and runs the identical flow as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Snapchat.

The one-upload model

What replaces building ads one ad group at a time.

Upload once, reuse everywhere

Drag your creatives into the browser. Files are deduped automatically, so an asset you have already tested re-launches in seconds instead of being uploaded again.

One creative set, many ad groups

One creative set fans into every LinkedIn ad group you select whose format it fits, in a single launch - and across Meta ad sets, TikTok ad groups, Google asset groups and Snapchat ad squads on the same screen.

Image, video and carousel, each in its place

A LinkedIn ad group has one format. Images go to image ad groups, videos to video ad groups, carousels of 2 to 10 cards (grouped from your files) to carousel ad groups. A mixed batch sorts itself.

Your Page's own posts

Turn an existing Page post into an ad without re-uploading the creative, so a post that already earned engagement can carry it into paid.

Naming applied at launch

Compose a naming template from tokens once. It is stamped on every ad as it is created, so reporting is clean with no rename pass afterwards.

Intro text and headline by AI

Draft the intro text and the headline in your brand voice, within LinkedIn's 3,000 and 200 characters. You preview them before they are applied to the batch.

New campaigns and ad groups on the spot

Create a campaign or an ad group from the launcher, with the objective locked to the campaign's, and launch the ads into it in one go.

One bad ad won't kill it

Launches run in the background and isolate failures per ad. A single rejected creative is one red row, not a broken batch, and a retry fills only the gaps.

Your spend stays yours

uplads creates ads. Budgets, bids, schedules and audiences are the ones you configured in Campaign Manager or in the create dialog, and nothing changes them on its own.

How the one-upload flow works

The flow

From a folder of creatives to live LinkedIn ads.

  1. 01

    Connect LinkedIn

Sign in once and pick the ad account plus the Page that authors the posts. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and every connected ad account becomes selectable in any future launch.

  2. 02

    Drop your creatives

Drag your images and videos into the browser. Each file is fingerprinted, uploaded to secure cloud storage, and deduped against everything you have launched before.

  3. 03

    Pick your ad groups

Choose the campaign and the ad groups the launch should hit, or create a new one. Each file lands in the selected ad groups built for its format.

  4. 04

    Write the copy once

Intro text (up to 3,000 characters, with the feed showing about 150), headline (up to 200), destination and call to action apply to the whole batch, or let the AI draft them. Only the ad name and a carousel card's headline differ per ad.

  5. 05

    Launch and track

A background worker creates each ad and isolates per-ad failures. Ads arrive as drafts unless you launch them active, which submits them for review. Progress reports into a single live view.

Switching between networks changes exactly one step: the target picker. Where a Meta launch picks ad sets and a Snapchat launch picks ad squads, a LinkedIn launch picks a campaign and its ad groups. Everything before and after that step is identical.

The Page is the author, and the ad group sets the format

Every Sponsored Content ad on LinkedIn is a post published by a Page, so the launcher asks for the Page once when you connect, and every ad it creates speaks as that Page. That is also why an existing Page post is a first-class source: the Posts tab lists your Page's own posts and turns one into an ad without re-uploading the creative, so a post that already earned engagement carries it into paid.

The second rule is the one Campaign Manager hides inside its build flow: an ad group has one format. An image ad group takes single image ads, a video ad group takes video, a carousel ad group takes carousels of 2 to 10 cards. uplads reads the format of each ad group you select and sends every file only where it fits, so a mixed batch of 20 images and 5 videos fans into the right ad groups without you sorting it first.

Lead generation campaigns work the same way with one swap: the destination is a Lead Gen Form instead of a landing page. The form picker lists the forms your ad account owns, and the chosen form becomes the destination for the whole batch.

How it compares to Campaign Manager

Campaign Manager is where campaigns, budgets and audiences belong, and uplads does not replace that. What it replaces is the stretch between a finished creative and a live ad, repeated per creative and per ad group, every week.

vs. Campaign Manager

What the one-upload model does that Campaign Manager does not.

The first row is the one that separates them, and the last one is why teams running several networks care: Campaign Manager and duplication both stop at LinkedIn's border, so a week that spans LinkedIn and Meta means running the whole motion twice in two ad managers.

Launch, then manage it in the same place

After the launch, the LinkedIn Ads Manager in uplads covers the daily work: status, budgets, bids and names across many campaigns, ad groups and ads at once, duplication, archiving and performance. Your targeting and schedules stay where you set them unless you change them.

Or ask your AI assistant. Through the uplads MCP server, Claude or ChatGPT manages the LinkedIn campaigns that already run: it reads performance, pauses and resumes, changes budgets and bids, renames, duplicates and archives. It does not stage new LinkedIn ads and runs no rules or audits there; new ads come from the launcher above. Ask "Pause the two LinkedIn ad groups with the highest cost per lead", and anything that raises spend needs your workspace's permission and your yes in the chat.

Your files stay in your creative library for reuse. Naming conventions keep launches organised. Check pricing for platform availability and account limits. For the other live networks see the Meta ads launch tool, the TikTok ads launch tool, the Google Ads bulk creation page and the Snapchat ads bulk launch page; for the cross-network picture, the multi-platform overview.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bulk upload LinkedIn ads with uplads?

Yes. LinkedIn has been live for every customer since 20 October 2026. You connect your LinkedIn ad account and the Page that authors the posts, drag your creatives into the browser, pick the ad groups, and one launch builds an ad for every creative in every selected ad group whose format it fits. Single image, video and carousel ads are supported, as is turning one of your Page's existing posts into an ad. It runs on the same screen as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Snapchat.

Why do my LinkedIn ads arrive as drafts?

Because LinkedIn does not allow a brand-new ad to be created paused - an ad can only be paused once it has passed review. So a launch you set to paused creates drafts, and nothing is delivered or spent until somebody activates them in Campaign Manager, which starts the review. Launching with status Active submits them for review immediately.

What does uplads call a campaign, and what does LinkedIn call it?

LinkedIn's Campaign Manager calls the outer container a Campaign and the layer below it an Ad Group, while the API names them campaign group and campaign. uplads follows the words you see in Campaign Manager: a Campaign holds Ad Groups, and Ad Groups hold Ads. One rule carries over - an ad group has to share its campaign's objective, so the objective is locked to the campaign's when you create one.

Can I sponsor an existing LinkedIn Page post?

Yes. The Posts tab lists your Page's own posts and turns one into an ad without re-uploading the creative. If it asks you to reconnect, your LinkedIn connection predates the permission that reads Page posts - one reconnect in Configuration fixes it.

Does uplads support LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms?

Yes, for ad groups with the lead generation objective. The form picker lists the Lead Gen Forms your ad account owns, and the chosen form becomes the ad's destination instead of a landing page. Forms that belong to your Page through another LinkedIn product - hiring forms, for example - are deliberately not listed, because an ad cannot use them.

Which plan includes LinkedIn?

LinkedIn launching is on the Growth (199 EUR a month) and Agency (499 EUR) plans, alongside TikTok, Google Ads and Snapchat. Meta is on every plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial on the full Growth feature set and no credit card, so you can test LinkedIn before you pay. The pricing page has the per-plan limits.
