How to upgrade your plan and manage billing

uplads keeps billing simple. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — and there are three plans to choose from once you're ready to continue. This article explains what each plan includes and how to upgrade or update your billing details.

Heads up: uplads doesn't have a self-serve billing screen inside the app yet. There's no in-product "Billing" tab or payment portal — plan changes and payment details are handled directly with our team. The steps below describe the real path.

The plans

There are three monthly plans. They share the core product (unlimited launches, unlimited ads per launch, all creative enhancements, the naming convention builder, and launch history & analytics) and differ mainly in how many ad accounts and how much creative storage you get:

  • Starter — 29€/month — 1 ad account, 10 GB creative storage.
  • Pro — 99€/month — 5 ad accounts, 50 GB creative storage, priority support.
  • Agency — 299€/month — unlimited ad accounts, 100 GB creative storage, extendable storage (5€ per extra 10 GB), and dedicated support.

How to view your current plan

Your plan is tied to your workspace. To check which tier you're on or how much of your trial remains, the quickest route is to reach out to the team (see below) and we'll confirm your current plan, storage usage, and renewal date. If your trial is still active, you'll keep full access to every feature until it ends.

How to upgrade to a higher plan

Because plan changes aren't yet self-serve in the app, upgrading is a quick email away:

  1. Decide which plan fits your needs — usually based on how many ad accounts you need to connect and how much creative storage you use.
  2. Email office@replient.ai with your workspace name and the plan you'd like to move to (Starter, Pro, or Agency).
  3. We'll switch your workspace to the new tier and confirm the updated billing.

Upgrading raises your ad-account and storage limits immediately once the change is applied. If you connect ad accounts as part of an upgrade, see How to connect your Meta account.

How to update billing details or payment method

To change the card or billing information on file — or to update your company billing address for invoices — email office@replient.ai with the details you'd like changed. We'll update your billing record and send a confirmation. Always send payment changes through this channel rather than over chat, so there's a clear record.

Running low on storage?

If you're on Agency and bumping against your storage cap, you can extend it in 10 GB blocks for 5€ each — just mention how much extra space you need when you email us. On Starter or Pro, the simplest fix is usually to move up a plan, since each tier comes with more included storage.

  • Do I need a credit card to start? No. The 14-day trial requires no card, and you can cancel anytime before it ends.
  • What happens when my trial ends? Reach out to choose a plan so your launches and creative library stay active. Your data isn't deleted the moment the trial lapses — contact us if you need a little more time.
  • Can I downgrade? Yes — email office@replient.ai and we'll move you to a lower tier. Just make sure your connected ad accounts and stored creatives fit within the new plan's limits first.
